Leaves of Absence &
Disability Coverage

Sometimes, life’s circumstances require time away from work. Protecting your income and providing necessary time off in the event of an illness, injury or family medical need is a priority for Clorox! With our comprehensive Leave of Absence policies and disability coverage, we’re proud to provide the support our teammates need to take care of themselves and their family members.

We also understand the leave process can feel confusing. Here are several resources to help you at every step before, during and as you return from a leave. Additionally, if you’re a spouse or family member of a Clorox teammate who is unable to coordinate their own leave (for example, due to an accident or emergency surgery), you can also use this information to manage the leave on their behalf.
